Olive Garden Cheesecake Recipe (Just like Olive Garden serves)


32oz Ricotta Cheese

⅔ -cup White Sugar

⅓- cup All-purpose Flour

¼- teaspoon Cinnamon

2-teaspoon Orange Zest

2-teaspoons Vanilla Extract

⅛-teaspoon Salt

6 Eggs


 Preheat Oven to 300°F (150°C)

Step #1 Grease and flour a 9-½ inch Springform pan (remove any excess flour)

Step #2 Using a large mixing bowl, put Ricotta Cheese, stir until smooth with a spatula.

Step #3 Add sugar, flour and mix together thoroughly.

Step #4 Stir in the eggs, one at a time mixing in between each.

Step #5 Add the final ingredients; cinnamon, vanilla extract, orange zest and salt

Step #6 Pour mixture from bowl into pan and place in oven, bake for 1-¼ hour to 1-½ hour.

Center of cake should be firm enough to hold a knife straight up when done.

Let cool on cooling rack, chill up until serving time.
